Requirements

Leadership experience in managing a team of 15+ specialists in high-volume invoice processing
Expertise in ExFlow and Microsoft D365 F&O for invoice posting and 3-way match processing
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, including PO invoice processing, exception resolution, GR/IR account management, and internal controls
Ability to drive process standardization, automation (targeting 75%+ touchless 3-way match rate), and operational scalability across multi-business units
Proficiency in exception management, including collaboration with Procurement, Receiving, and Controllership teams to resolve variances
Experience with performance tracking, dashboards, SOP development, and supplier/business unit scorecards
Skills in system integration (EDI, supplier portals) and reducing manual processing
Capability to maintain service levels and accuracy during rapid growth without proportional headcount increases

Responsibilities

Oversee daily processing of PO invoices within ExFlow/D365, ensuring accurate 3-way matches within SLA
Monitor and manage match queues, addressing price, quantity, and receipt exceptions with Buyers and Receiving teams
Govern GR/IR account activity; coordinate returns, credits, and adjustments for subledger integrity
Execute unblock sprints prior to payment cycles to minimize on-hold items
Track and publish daily/weekly performance dashboards (touchless rate, backlog, unblock aging, exception recurrence)
Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs, playbooks, and escalation protocols for exception categories
Partner with Vendor Master and Data Capture teams to prevent upstream errors and reduce rework
Lead team of invoice processing specialists/seniors, providing coaching, quality assurance, and workload balancing
Foster culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Support cross-training and development for team flexibility and career progression
Drive process standardization (tolerance limits, workflow rules, posting logic) across business units
Maximize automation and touchless processing rates while ensuring compliance and audit readiness
