Requirements

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within an Accounts Payable team of a large corporate
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good written and verbal skills
Fast and accurate data entry skills with good knowledge of chart of accounts
Strong reconciliation & analytical skills
JDE Experience

Responsibilities

Process invoices, credit notes and staff expenses in a timely and accurate manner
Process vendor application forms including performing credit checks
Monthly reconciliation of key creditor accounts
Manage shared email account on a rotation basis
Prepare payment for trade vendors when they fall due
Handle vendor enquiries
Liaise with Purchasing department to resolve pricing or receipting issues
Process Purchasing Card transactions and reconciliations and raise general journals in GL
Assist in month end closing
Filing on a rotation basis
