Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience leading an accounts payable team, preferably in a global environment, having worked for a US company
High proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite and Coupa), Google suite, Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who can work effectively with people from different departments and time zones
A leader who enjoys training others and is motivated by the opportunity to build and manage a team

Responsibilities

Accurately process a high volume of invoices from global vendors, ensuring proper coding and approvals
Audit and approve employee expense reports within Appzen and Concur, confirming compliance with company policies
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external A/P-related inquiries, resolving issues and providing timely support through our JIRA ticketing system
Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciling vendor statements and potential accruals
Drive continuous improvement of A/P processes, including leading the onboarding and education of new team members as the department expands
