Requirements

Responsibilities

The Accounts Payable Associate will assist the Accounts Payable Specialist with overall accounts payable functions for both US and India operations. Key duties include coding invoices, setting up approval workflows, verifying prices and quantities, inputting data into financial systems, assisting with check runs, preparing vendor invoice reports, processing invoices in MineralTree with PO matching, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and providing support for audits.
