Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Basic understanding of accounting principles and journal entries
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Assist in processing invoices, payment requests, and employee reimbursements
Prepare and record journal entries for monthly accruals and other adjustments
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation
Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
Assist in preparing reports and schedules required for audits and financial reviews
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
