Requirements

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will take ownership of field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics. They will interface with customer management on issues and escalations, develop and implement chemical program monitoring plans, and deliver value statements to customers to reduce operation and ownership costs. Responsibilities also include identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer performance and cost savings, collaborating with customers and internal teams to drive process improvements, and managing new and existing customer accounts to solve problems and ensure efficient operations through chemical product lines.
