Requirements

  • Strong experience in the development and end-to-end management of KPI-driven Influencer marketing campaigns for consumer products and/or service companies
  • Skilled at analyzing program data and spotting performance trends to continuously refine strategic approach and scale outcomes
  • Well-versed in negotiating media packages with influencers and contracting longer-term agreements
  • Working knowledge of the overall partner marketing landscape, including affiliate
  • Ability to develop comprehensive strategy and lead a team to execute
  • Self-starter who can confidently handle challenging situations and balance competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Manage successful influencer programs by developing custom strategies and tactical plans for achieving client’s goals and objectives; monitor program performance, budget spend, and pacing in real time; proactively present strategic recommendations to course-correct; demonstrate intellectual curiosity by pitching new opportunities; stay updated on influencer industry trends and apply to strategy
  • Provide superior client service as the point of contact; escalate issues or risks; ensure client trust through high-quality outputs and communications; develop and nurture excellent client relationships to achieve high satisfaction, retention rates, and an average 8.5 client rating
  • Use data strategically for accurate and precise reporting; draw relevant conclusions to identify trends, analyze outcomes, and provide client insights and recommendations; perform robust analysis of influencer program performance using upper-funnel (impressions, engagement rate, CPM) and mid-to-lower funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, Revenue, ROI); educate clients on these metrics as needed
  • Design influencer recruitment strategies, communication strategies, content strategies, incentive strategies, and optimization strategies to foster long-term partnerships with creators/audiences and drive lower-funnel value
  • Manage client relationships and own the development and execution of influencer program strategy customized to each client’s unique goals and objectives, including monetization of content across social media
