Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields
  • Five or more years of pharmaceutical promotion experience
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Business acumen, customer-first orientation, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop pharmaceutical product promotion plans and strategies
  • Provide customer service by delivering pharmaceutical product information to medical personnel
  • Assist medical personnel in the rational use of the company's pharmaceutical products
  • Collect and feedback information on clinical drug usage and hospital needs
  • Conduct academic promotion activities in legal and compliant forms, including but not limited to: face-to-face communication with medical and pharmaceutical personnel in medical institutions; organizing and participating in local academic exchange meetings (internal/external), hosting academic conferences and lectures; communication via internet or teleconferences; other forms agreed by medical institutions
  • Execute and complete pharmaceutical product promotion plans and strategies within budget and under applicable regulations (company may adjust this responsibility via written notice if regulations change)
  • Maintain two-way communication between the market and the company, establishing a strong company image and professional product brand image
  • Support business-related work such as bidding, pricing strategies, and medical insurance
  • Implement promotion plans and strategies according to the company's overall policies
  • Establish and maintain business networks and customer relationships
  • Assist direct manager in collecting required promotion information
  • Other related work assigned by the direct manager
