Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top creators
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective creators through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking
  • Guide new creators through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration onto the Passes platform
  • Collaborate with the Creator Success and Creator Support teams to ensure new creators receive the necessary tools and resources
  • Provide ongoing support to new creators, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with newly acquired creators, fostering a sense of community and loyalty
  • Regularly check in with creators to gather feedback and provide support
  • Work closely with internal teams to address any issues and ensure creator satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets
