Position Overview

EvenUp is a rapidly growing generative AI startup dedicated to leveling the playing field for personal injury victims. Our innovative products assist law firms in securing faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for clients. We are seeking a motivated Account Executive in Atlanta to execute and refine our sales playbook, from lead generation to closing. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, eager to take ownership of their pipeline and results, and committed to personal and professional development. EvenUp actively invests in the growth and enablement of its sales team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: Manage all stages from lead generation to closing deals.
• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct 30 cold calls daily with a target of generating 3 self-sourced meetings weekly.
• Client Engagement: Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person, building relationships, and demonstrating product value.
• Event Representation: Travel to events and conferences to engage with key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication with other cross-functional team members.

Requirements

• Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Performance Track Record: Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Work Ethic: Self-driven and results-oriented.
• Teamwork: Ability to function effectively as a team player with a competitive spirit.
• Data Management: Commitment to maintaining data hygiene and effectively leveraging available tools and resources.
