The role is within OpenAI’s Federal Sales team, part of the Go To Market (GTM) team comprising Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals. Responsibilities include fostering the development of company culture within the federal practice, aligned with the mission to build safe AGI benefiting all of humanity.
A strong candidate has 14+ years of federal sales experience with proven revenue achievement over $2M annually, deep knowledge of government contracting, and the ability to lead complex deals while communicating technical AI concepts effectively in high-performance environments.
