Requirements

  • University degree with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative/analytical field from an accredited institution (preferred)
  • Analytical and detail-oriented professional capable of accurately and efficiently preparing client reports on performance, trading activity, portfolio valuation, and risk metrics
  • Ability to build understanding of underlying market factors for qualitative, complex investment analyses
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Excel spreadsheets, macros, query tools, internet sites (public and private); Bloomberg and/or Yieldbook knowledge is a plus
  • Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and delivering work completed, accurately, and on time
  • Strong listening skills, ability to ask questions to determine and meet customer needs, and willingness to go beyond normal job responsibilities
  • Ability to flourish in a challenging, fast-paced environment with frequent shifts in priorities

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze economic and market trends
  • Provide customized reporting to Middle East and Africa Account Managers
  • Evaluate portfolio structures
  • Deliver attribution analyses (qualitative and quantitative performance attribution)
  • Collaborate with investment professionals including Account Managers, Product Managers, and Portfolio Managers to ensure high-level client service and support business development
  • Prepare detailed portfolio risk reports, accounting reports, and other weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports using computer applications
  • Support the Account Management team by providing market and portfolio data
  • Handle ongoing automation of reporting requirements and streamline the reporting process
  • Produce ad-hoc client and internal requests for information
  • Assist with various management initiatives and responsibilities
