Requirements

Experience as a User Experience designer or Product Designer working with product teams and preferably in an agency environment
Strong facilitation skills for running stakeholder interviews, workshops, and co-design sessions to uncover user needs and align teams
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative user research methods, including click tests, surveys, synthesizing feedback, and validating ideas
Ability to translate insights into shipped products, beyond just wireframes and slide decks
Craftsmanship in UX process: framing problems, choosing methods, and involving stakeholders
Experience leading discovery efforts, evaluating concepts early, and working across disciplines and departments
Quick learner and user of AI tools and LLMs, with ability to share knowledge with teams and clients
Engagement in team activities and collaborative culture
Core skills: Concept design and prototyping (Figma, prototyping, design systems), using Generative AI in daily practice, workshop facilitation, co-design, and project planning

Responsibilities

Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma or other prototyping tools
Prepare, run, and evaluate qualitative and/or quantitative research studies
Design usable and accessible user interfaces using design systems and platform components
Help teams understand user needs and shape intuitive, accessible product user experiences
Work with cross-functional product teams to craft products meeting user needs and business metrics
Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery efforts to define products
Validate ideas with rigor using mixed research methods and synthesize feedback into design improvements
Translate UX insights into shipped products
Use and share Generative AI technologies in projects and with clients
