Requirements
- コンピュータサイエンス、電気工学、または関連分野の学士号。

- Python、C++、bash scriptなどのソフトウェアの基礎に対する理解。

Responsibilities
- 製品のライフサイクル全体（開発から生産まで）にわたり、品質管理をリードする。
- 各マイルストーンでの品質レビューを実施する。
- 品質管理データベースを運用・分析し、製品の状態を継続的に把握・改善する。
- FPY（First Pass Yield）などの主要なパフォーマンス指標を用いた品質管理プロセスの設計・導入を行う。
- 品質保証ポリシー・手順の策定と実施を通じて、社内の品質基準を確立する。
- 製造・品質関連の記録管理、問題報告のモニタリング、故障の根本原因の特定と改善活動の推進を行う。
- 品質と効率改善に関する社内教育プログラムの企画・実施を行う。
- 継続的な改善活動の主導と品質監査の実施を通じて、組織全体の品質意識を高める。
- サプライヤーの品質評価や、製造プロセス・製品品質の向上に向けた協働を行う。
- 外部委託先からの成果物に対して、設計レビューやブラックボックステストなどを通じて品質を確認し、必要に応じて改善を促す。
- Mujin Europe、Mujin USなどのグローバルチームと連携し、地域ごとの課題を迅速に解決し、世界中の顧客に対して一貫した高品質を提供する。
