Responsibilities
- 展示会ごとの広告戦略の策定と運用ディレクション
- 複数展示会のデジタル広告をより効率的かつ効果的に運用し、自社展示会全体への吸引力を高める
- リスティング／SNS／ディスプレイ広告など多チャネルでの広告出稿管理
- LPやバナーの制作ディレクション・A/Bテストの実施
- 広告代理店のマネジメント・評価
- Google Analytics、Looker Studio等による効果測定と改善提案
- 他部署（営業、ウェブ、PR）との連携によるプロモーション最適化
- 広告運用メンバー・アシスタントの指導・育成・進捗管理（タスク割り振り、広告設計レビュー/成長を促す1on1、スキル評価・教育計画の立案）
