Requirements

Proficient in common DCC tools: such as Houdini or Blender, Substance
Proficient in scripting languages: Python, Houdini Vex (at least one)
Familiar with C# and C++ programming languages
Proficient in Unreal Engine, with UE plugin tool development experience
Proficient in UE PCG framework and UE material blueprint system
Knowledge of common rendering algorithms and computer graphics
Proficient in Houdini procedural generation, auxiliary tool development, and scene optimization
Familiarity with UE runtime PCG generation is a plus
Excellent team communication and collaboration skills, ability to adapt to new creative challenges, willingness to help and share

Responsibilities

Develop tools for game scene production editing and scene-assisted generation
Develop tools for game scene performance optimization and effect optimization
Design art resource specifications to ensure project art assets follow standards
Collaborate with artists and engine programmers to resolve issues in daily tool and engine usage
Identify problems in the art pipeline and develop tools to improve art workflow efficiency
Collaborate with artists and engine programmers to research and develop new tools, game engine features, example projects, and promote technical applications
