Requirements
- 5+ years of game planning work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferred
- Experience with 2 or more complete action games, with at least leading the combat planning work for one action game
- Experience building a complete combat framework and core gameplay for a game, and the ability to assist other members in completing combat-related design work
- Familiar with Blueprint development. Animation skills or storyboard design skills are preferred
- Rich experience in action games and anime games
- Good teamwork skills, able to withstand high-intensity work pressure, and possess a high sense of responsibility
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead designer in planning and developing the combat portion of the game
- Responsible for the research and development of the core combat system in the game
- Assist other combat team members in designing and developing combat functions
- Assist other combat team members in designing combat balance
- Coordinate and drive collaboration between the combat team and other functional departments, tracking and ensuring quality completion
