熟悉3D角色制作全流程，精通蒙皮绑定技术，熟练使用Maya等工具进行骨骼搭建、权重绘制、控制器设计。
具备角色表情制作实战经验，能处理角色复杂结构及多样化表情需求，有二次元角色制作经验者优先。
有Unreal引擎使用经验，深度理解蒙皮动画与表情数据在引擎中的驱动原理，掌握材质、蓝图与蒙皮、表情系统的交互逻辑。
有较强的责任心，具备学习新技术的意愿，对行业前沿蒙皮绑定与表情制作技术保持关注，具备团队精神和良好的沟通能力。

Responsibilities

对接角色美术管线，涵盖模型拓扑、材质制作、角色装配、动画设计、蒙皮绑定及表情制作等全流程环节。
针对二次元角色特有的夸张造型、比例特征，优化蒙皮权重分配、骨骼层级关系，设计符合角色性格的表情控制器与变形方案。
定制角色生产标准，结合二次元风格的渲染需求与表情表现特点，协同优化角色资源在Unreal引擎中的表现效果。
搭建角色生产管线，持续研究并引入适用于二次元角色的蒙皮绑定与表情制作新技术，结合工具化开发（Python/Mel脚本、引擎插件）提升研发效能。
