Requirements

Proficient in Go/Python/Java/C++ backend development languages, with solid programming foundation and system design capabilities
Familiar with large model technology stack, such as LLM deployment, mainstream large model APIs (OpenAI/Claude/Gemini/DeepSeek etc.), RAG technology, vector databases, Agent frameworks
Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture; experience in high-concurrency service development preferred
Familiar with containerization (Docker/K8s) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
3+ years of backend development experience; experience in large model applications or AI engineering projects preferred
Experience in independently completing complex module development or technical breakthroughs, able to quickly understand business needs and deliver solutions
Passion for AI technology, with strong learning ability and technical foresight
Strong team collaboration awareness, efficient communication, and strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

Responsible for backend development and architecture design of large model applications, supporting high-concurrency, low-latency AI services
Participate in the implementation of large model related technologies, including but not limited to model deployment, API integration, RAG technology, and Agent development
Optimize performance, stability, and scalability of large model services, solving technical challenges in actual business scenarios
Collaborate closely with algorithm and product teams to drive efficient implementation and iteration of technical solutions
