Requirements
- Ausbildung als Chirurgiemechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, Zahntechniker, Uhrmacher, Goldschmied (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung (Quereinsteiger willkommen)
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kleinteilen oder filigranen Arbeiten unter dem Mikroskop (motivierte Talente mit Eignung auch ohne Erfahrung willkommen)
- Grundlegende technische Kenntnisse
- Zuverlässigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Motivation und gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Hohe Qualitätsstandards, die den Anforderungen der Medizintechnik entsprechen
Responsibilities
- Arbeiten an Kleinstteilen unter dem Mikroskop
- Herstellung von medizinischen Instrumenten (z. B. thermische Sonden)
- Montage von Kleinstbaugruppen
- Laserschweißen, Laserbeschriften, Löten, Kleben sowie Schleif- und Polierprozesse
- Sorgfältige Dokumentation
- Mitarbeit gemäß den Vorgaben des Qualitätsmanagements
- Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen für bestehende und neue Produktgruppen im Reinraum
