Requirements

  • Master or engineering degree in progress

Responsibilities

  • Understand the issues related to end-of-life and obsolescence of products
  • Maintain the planning/roadmap for end-of-life products
  • Maintain the project's success indicators/metrics and direct/indirect gains/benefits
  • Execute and orchestrate all steps necessary for stopping production, sales, and orders, then ending guaranteed services, following quality processes and regulations
  • Manage and anticipate dependencies, risks, difficulties; communicate and propose preventive and palliative solutions with the team
  • Manage meetings to ensure project advancement and team adherence to proposals and solutions
  • Identify areas for improvement/simplification/optimization of the end-of-life process and propose solutions
