Seasoned individual with prior experience in a science related role
Experience in maintaining integrity and effectiveness of Quality and Food Safety Systems, including compliance, implementation, monitoring, trend analysis, and reporting
Ability to work with teams to develop and execute comprehensive strategies for activations, communications, sales increase/retention, and sustainability goals

Responsibilities

Drive implementation of The Coca-Cola Quality System (KORE) and ensure compliance of products, packages, ingredients, services, fountain operations, and production facilities with KORE and local regulations through effective quality programs
Monitor effectiveness of Quality and Food Safety programs for 100% compliance via end-to-end assessments and develop corrective action/continuous improvement plans
Develop and implement business plans for Quality & Food Safety strategy, including compliance tracking, supplier/consultant approvals, plant design reviews, new technologies/trends follow-up, best practices investigation/sharing, and technical problem solutions
Provide technical expertise to bottling partners, co-packers, and stakeholders for new plants, processes, line investments; conduct technical validation programs to qualify/authorize new/modified systems/equipment
Manage product/package quality performance, improve quality, support periodical market surveys, conduct annual trade planning & management (TPM) studies with bottlers, and ensure corrective actions
Provide guidelines on sampling requirements to beverage plants and facilitate liaison with company/3rd party laboratories
Develop new processes/quality system applications, identify technical investment needs, and monitor developments for new category products manufacturing capability
Provide technical guidance to Business Unit Marketing, Commercialization, R&D teams, and Bottler Operations for new product/package launches, system/line start-ups, and troubleshooting product formula/process problems
Create master mixing instructions and required data for bottling plants to produce new products per formula and company requirements
Conduct regular technical plant visits to support/monitor quality and manufacturing processes, providing integrated technical support/expertise/guidance
Train front line leaders on KORE requirements, laboratory analyses, manufacturing processes, and quality systems
Build process for sustainability engagement with customer account teams in Retail and Food Service & On-Premise (FSOP) to identify/evaluate partnership opportunities
