Requirements

拥有5年及以上关卡研发经验，有3年以上的3D视角的完整地图和玩法设计经验。
能够高效使用主流引擎进行关卡白盒的搭建，能够快速制作关卡原型，有UE大地图管线、蓝图基础经验者优先。
曾经至少负责过1个完整的单局玩法设计研发，对玩法的结构、动线设计、机制有经验。
对搜打撤类游戏有至少300h+的游玩经验，且对搜打撤类玩法的核心要点把握到位。
熟悉UE引擎者优先；有多人PVP玩法地图研发经验者优先。

Responsibilities

负责近战搜打撤大地图关卡的设计和制作，对最终关卡质量负责。
绘制关卡2D Layout，使用引擎工具高效地搭建3D白盒，设计并实现关卡原型，持续调优关卡体验。
跟进关卡制作全流程，协调程序、美术、叙事等职能，解决过程中问题，落地相关资源。
根据测试、CE的数据和反馈，对关卡布局和平衡性及时进行有效的迭代。
