Requirements
- 5+ years of complete PC product distribution and operation experience, with a preference for the shooting game category
- A genuine love for games, with a strong understanding of both domestic and international PC shooting game markets and user behavior
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience collaborating with international research and development teams (preferred)
- English business communication skills (preferred), enabling communication with overseas developers regarding game development
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the domestic (国服) operation team, responsible for product version releases and operations, aligning with global release strategies
- Develop and execute the overall domestic (国服) operation strategy for the project
- Take responsibility for the commercialization of the domestic (国服) version, including revenue goal breakdown and resource planning
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing events
- Manage the domestic (国服) version localization, including version content planning and control, and in-game/out-game event planning
- Analyze domestic (国服) data and provide recommendations, predict metric fluctuations, and develop response plans
