Opportunity

As a Collecting Officer, you will join a flexible and motivated regional team. You will be trained on how to collect legally defensible samples using various methods (urine, breath, hair, oral fluid) at customer locations. You'll be a customer-focused individual with integrity, ensuring proper chain of custody during collections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct specimen collections competently, following collection procedures and customer requirements.
• Provide availability for collections during day, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call rota (on an equal basis with the team) and respond to calls within 2 hours.
• Maintain competency by reading updates, acknowledging changes, and attending audits.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by management.

Required Qualifications

• Educated to National Standards.
• Good verbal, written, and communication skills.
• IT literate (basic skills in Word, Excel, & Outlook).
• Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.
• Ability to follow set processes to ensure the right outcome.
• Driving license + own vehicle.
