Responsibilities

採用面接同席：配属部署からの依頼で必要に応じて、障がいのある社員の採用面接に同席し、障がい特性や必要な配慮について深掘り、配属部署へのアドバイスを行う
入社前準備：障がい知識や配慮事項を配属部署へレクチャー、必要な補助具の申請・発注や福祉事業所の訪問調整などの環境整備を実施
入社後アシスト：障がいのある社員や上司側と定期的にコンタクト（チャット・メール・オンライン面談など）を取り、双方と連携、アクセンチュアにおける合理的配慮を部署と共に考え調整
研修対応：配属部署への研修、入社者の研修を企画・実行
その他（横浜所属の場合のみ）：人事労務チームの一員として、障がいのある社員への対応だけでなく労務業務にも携わる
障がいのある社員に対して：入社時面談・定期面談、マナー研修導入（個別・グループ）、外部支援団体の導入、外部定着支援サービス同席
配属部署の上長に対して：障がいについてのレクチャー、障がい特性の共有、オンサイトでの業務指導のアシスト、社員との面談への同席、業務指導上の相談/支援、障がいのある社員の上長向け研修の開催
