Recent graduates - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Reels/portfolios/demonstrated skills including examples of authored materials, textures, and procedural instancing (i.e., vegetation, etc.)
Examples of assets created and brought to technically efficient and artistically appealing final completion
Ability to interpret and execute key aesthetic elements from visual development artwork into an asset
Demonstrated ability to physically paint
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Proficiency with Maya, Photoshop, Mari, Substance, or equivalent 3D and 2D tools (plus)
Experience with procedural instancing (plus)
Understanding of shaders and physically based rendering (plus)
Experience/Enthusiasm for scripting (plus)
Knowledge of UNIX/Linux environment (plus)

Focus on creating materials, textures, and procedurals that define the look of 3D environments under the guidance of Disney mentors
Hone and understand skills, refine and strengthen key disciplines, and engage in a real-time production environment
Participate in the first four months of structured introduction to LookDev, studio culture, and production environment with nurturing mentorship
Receive real-time feedback during four-month review to determine future assignments and promotional opportunities in real-time production environments
