Requirements

Currently enrolled in a four-year accredited degree program and eligible to return to the program upon completion of the internship (select roles open to Master’s or PhD candidates)
Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation date highly preferred
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
Basic understanding of web applications/infrastructure (HTML, JavaScript, HTTP, Apache, Nginx)
Experience in scripting and/or programming languages (Python, Powershell, Bash, C++, Java)
Experience in cloud computing (GCP, AWS)
Working knowledge/experience in Machine Learning, Big Data, or backend technologies (Cloud, NOSQL, SQL, Cache)
Strong analytical skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI
Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL headquarters or Austin, TX office
Permanently eligible to work in the United States
Self-motivated with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills quickly

Responsibilities

Participate in a 10-week onsite summer internship program with hands-on learning experiences and exposure to real business projects
Engage in various career development opportunities, including meetings with Executive Leaders, Networking Socials, and Community Volunteer Events
Work across technology functional areas such as Customer Experience/Delivery, Cyber Security, Data Engineering, Technology Support/Corporate Systems, Software Engineering/Software Development, Project Management, or Technology Operations, Network and Engineering (based on business need and fit)
