英语CET4及以上，口语流利。
熟练掌握Maxwell、Hypermesh、Simulink等仿真软件。
掌握电机相关的电磁、结构、热力学分析方法，具备相关优化能力。
扎实掌握电磁学与电机原理知识。
具备有限元仿真经验；有二次开发经验者优先。
具备系统仿真经验，了解控制理论知识。
掌握NVH与CFD相关知识为佳。
掌握健康监测、机器学习者优先。
较强的抗压能力及良好的沟通协调能力。

Responsibilities

负责驱动电机的多种物理场有限元仿真，包括电磁场、扭矩、磁通密度、热损耗、结构强度刚度、以及电机NVH。
负责电机在多种物理场中的系统级仿真，涉及电机控制、热管理等。
负责电机仿真所需相关参数的获取，如调研与测量。
