Responsibilities
- 执行整机和系统的电动化、自动化的设计研发，或机器相关数据的分析与管理，支持工程师的设计和研发。
- 对于电动化机器和系统开发：电池和充电器选择、电池安装、BDU开发、HV架构和控制开发、CAN矩阵管理、故障代码管理、L4/L5/L6机器/系统控制策略开发，与软件工程师合作进行机器/系统调优以实现性能目标。
- 对于自动化机器和系统开发：机器智能化功能开发（如智能装载、称重系统、自动找平系统、碰撞缓解系统），包括机器远程控制、L3/L4自动驾驶。
- 对于大数据：执行现有数据分析以支持工程产品开发。
- 通过性能计算和分析，开发多个设计概念方案，执行DFMEA（失效模式分析），制定技术规范，开发3D建模并管理发布2D图纸。
- 与跨职能团队合作开展CPPD（合作开发）和APQP（先期产品质量计划）活动，确保设计满足产品和计划PQVC（产品、质量、速度、成本）要求。
- 设计、分析、测试和验证相关的项目规划和管理。
- 支持当前在产产品的维护和持续改进。
