Requirements

  • Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack
  • Must be able to drive a Stand-Up Lift Truck
  • Must be able to type
  • Must lift and move tile boxes weighing 50 lbs
  • Good reading and math skills
  • Basic Computer skills (SAP)
  • Must work flexible hours
  • Must have good communication skills and must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to work overtime on short notice
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to work in and operate a high lift
  • Must have had no written warnings (for any reason) in the last 18 months
  • Must be willing to complete a 90 day probationary period
  • Extreme accuracy in product labeling and shipping
  • Past work history, attendance and accuracy will be given great consideration

Responsibilities

  • Put up Sample Stock
  • Run labels, Label Samples and pull Sample Orders
  • Bevel Carpet
  • Must enter shipments into SAP
  • List and restock returns
  • Unpack boxes and sort samples
  • Pull tile boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and stack on pallets for vendor shipments
  • Must pull, pack and ship the required number of parcels per shift
  • Other duties as instructed by the supervisor
  • Process, make and ship samples accurately while meeting production standards
