Requirements

  • Ability to read and write
  • Prior experience driving lift truck with different attachments (Pole, Squeeze, and forks)
  • Ability to operate a wrap station
  • Ability to key in data at a computer/hand held scan gun
  • Ability to work in warehouse temperatures as the weather changes
  • Proven experience operating lift truck in a warehouse setting
  • Basic math and inventory skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Willing to train on other jobs
  • Must be able to lift over 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Operate lift trucks (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, pallet jack, reach truck) to transport materials
  • Load and unload goods from trucks or containers
  • Stack and organize products in the correct storage areas
  • Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on the lift truck to ensure safety
  • Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
  • Keep accurate records of material movements
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Other duties as instructed by supervisor
