Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to take initiative and produce results. They should also have experience shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale, and a data-informed work style viewed through a compassionate lens of the user. Familiarity with retail trading or gamification is preferred, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, and compliance teams is required.
Responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager will create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, defining features, writing product specifications, facilitating user studies, iterating on feedback, and managing the backlog to ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner. They will conduct customer interviews to build empathy and ensure their needs are met, prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately, perform market research and analysis, and represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Product Manager will manage specific features within a product line.
