Candidates should possess experience with Python or R for data analysis, and knowledge of SQL for basic data operations. They should also demonstrate a passion for creating new business opportunities and possess strong communication skills for collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders. Experience in the financial domain is desirable, as is familiarity with general machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and libraries such as scikit-learn, NumPy, and pandas.
The Data Scientist will develop credit risk models related to PayPay and group companies, provide decision-making support for business metrics and KPIs, contribute to the creation of business plans for new ventures, and design KPIs. They will also create monitoring dashboards and analyze initiatives, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to successfully complete projects.
