Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is essential, and experience with month-end close processes, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations is required. Familiarity with internal controls and compliance requirements is also desired.

Candidates should have experience in advanced IT support, including Tier 3 troubleshooting and resolution. Responsibilities include managing escalations, triaging IT issues, providing on-call support, and performing account management for user provisioning and deprovisioning. A strong understanding of IT operations, project leadership, and evaluating new technologies is also required.
