Understanding of modern software development practices, including Gitflow, continuous integration, and peer reviews, is also required.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. They should demonstrate a strong interest in data analysis, business strategy, and continuous learning, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts. Exposure to or interest in learning BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and CRM systems like Salesforce is also required.
