Strategic Customer Success Manager (Enterprise)
Scope ARCandidates should possess at least four years of experience as a full lifecycle Customer Success Manager, holding a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience. They must have experience with technologies such as Sharepoint, Excel, GSuite, Figma, Hubspot, Zendesk, and Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence), and demonstrate proficient interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain authentic business relationships at the executive level.
