Customer Success Manager
HealthJoyCandidates should possess 4-7 years of customer-facing account leadership or related experience, demonstrating a high degree of skill in serving as a trusted advisor, and preferably have benefits experience. Strong experience working directly as a benefit consultant is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM software and business intelligence tools such as Gong, Looker, Gainsight, and Highspot is preferred.
