Candidates should have several years of experience in a DevOps Team Lead or equivalent role, demonstrating a proven track record of driving focus, alignment, and execution in a fast-moving environment. They should possess a strong understanding of infrastructure decisions and best practices, particularly within a rapidly scaling company and a globally distributed, multi-tenant SaaS environment built on Kubernetes and AWS.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry. Demonstrated experience working with complex technical products and translating them into customer-centric messaging is essential. Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving successful product launches are required.

Candidates should have previous experience as a full-stack engineer, including experience working directly with customers. Familiarity with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React is desirable, as is expertise in an OOP language like Java or C++ and a modern JS framework such as Angular or Vue.js. Proficiency in working on a distributed, cloud-hosted product with rapid release cycles and experience in an agile development team are also beneficial.
