Candidates should possess 3-7 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proven experience leading a virtual team for 3+ years. They should also be fast learners, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast-paced work environments, along with the ability to work well within and across teams to achieve goals.
The Workday Integrations, Senior Manager, Consulting Services will assist the sales team with sales activities such as orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW’s), work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Managing Consultants, and leads, and act as a liaison between the Consulting team and executive management. This role involves team leadership, including recruitment, development, and management of consultants, promoting a team-oriented environment, and driving team and individual performance. Additionally, the individual will perform role of mentor and coach, analyze team skills, advise management on team members’ expertise, establish direct reports’ goals, and drive performance review processes, while also identifying and fostering business development opportunities.
