Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
  • 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or any other planning tool implementation experience, required
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area. Cloud ERP experience will be an advantage
  • Workday Adaptive Financials (Highly Desirable) experience
  • Experience in working with another financial ERP system such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, or any other tool
  • Background in financial or supply chain roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience and track record in the design and development of solution
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Be a Workday Finance expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing and implementation
  • Reinforces company policies and procedures to others
  • Drives and makes decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams
  • Identifies dependencies and supports interplay between different workstreams within a project
  • Leads, mentors, and oversees the work of other Consultants within their projects
  • Expected to be Subject matter expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects and Expenses area
  • “Bridge the gap” between the business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems
  • Guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Finance implementation
