Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Evenings & Weekends) - Missouri

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Missouri. We are a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization dedicated to transforming mental health care.

What We're Looking For

• Independently licensed clinicians in Missouri (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided.
• Providers willing to see 10-15 sessions per week.
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children with support).
• Clinicians who value autonomy and enjoy team collaboration.
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
• Individuals with strong character, integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Compensation

• Up to $25,200 annually, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
