Job Opportunity: Independently Licensed Clinicians (Telehealth)

Employment Type: Part-time

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in New Jersey during evenings and weekends. Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation

• Type: Fee for Service (W2)
• Range: Up to $27,000
• Components: Flat Rate, plus two bonus opportunities. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

• Licensure (New Jersey): Must hold one of the following independent licenses:
  • LCSW
  • LMFT
  • LPC
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Experience: Must have experience diagnosing.
• Availability: Willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
• Specialties: Behavioral Health Generalists, open to seeing couples and/or children.
• Aspiration: Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisory positions are encouraged to apply.
• Residency: Must be licensed and living in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in New Jersey.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments.
• Offer support for couples and/or children.
