Requirements
- Nach Möglichkeit abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff, Kunststoff Formgeber oder Einrichter für Spritzguss (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil (Berufsanfänger und Quereinsteiger willkommen)
- Sorgfältige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Nach Möglichkeit Kenntnisse in der Fehlererkennung, -analyse und -behebung von technischen Problemen
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
Responsibilities
- Umrüsten, Anfahren und Betreiben von Kunststoffspritzgießanlagen und weiteren Peripheriegeräten
- Ständige Überwachung und Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse sowie der Produktqualität
- Überprüfung der gefertigten Produkte auf Maßhaltigkeit und optische Mängel sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse nach Qualitätsrichtlinien
- Sicherstellung der Produktionsabläufe unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Richtlinien
- Beseitigen von auftretenden Störungen an den Anlagen
- Wartung und Pflege der Spritzgussmaschinen sowie Spritzgusswerkzeuge
