Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree, along with at least two years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain activities. Previous experience in clinical trials is considered an advantage, and an equivalency of education, training, and experience may be sufficient to meet the job requirements.

Responsibilities

The Vendor Management Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of study drug and supply management, coordinate with vendors for clinical supplies services, ensure compliance with company good practices and client requirements, complete ongoing training on regulations, participate in project teams, coordinate cross-functional interactions, request quotations, obtain approvals, place purchase orders, participate in mini team meetings, manage vendor relationships, and maintain oversight on purchase orders and vendor services to ensure quality and timely delivery.
