Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
- Maintain a commitment to company sales processes, values, and business ethics
- Properly receive and handle merchandise for customers
- Personally carry each bag to the counter for the customer
- Ensure correct product placement and adhere to marketing and visual presentation standards
- Label, tag, or price merchandise
- Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and sharing product features and benefits
- Comply with all policies and procedures
- Complete store recovery during shift and prepare for the next day
- Clean shelves, counters, tables, and the store in general
