The position is at the Wadesboro Hatchery in Wadesboro, NC, with a schedule of Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until the job is complete, averaging 8 to 10 hours per shift; the schedule is subject to change based on production needs.
Applicants with previous agricultural or production experience are preferred; the role requires ability to assess chick comfort levels, read and record temperatures, enter data into Excel spreadsheets, and perform tasks like sorting chicks and euthanizing weak ones per company policy.
