Responsibilities

  • Independently own design-to-prototype journeys and establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the UX domain
  • Actively participate and contribute to team discussions, bringing thoughtful design and technical perspectives
  • Take initiative to conceptualize intuitive user experiences by exploring multiple interaction scenarios
  • Follow structured UI/UX processes—from research and wireframing to prototyping and usability validation
  • Facilitate user testing sessions to gather actionable insights and refine design solutions iteratively
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure alignment on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Translate product experiences seamlessly across devices, ensuring design consistency and responsiveness
  • Bring a strong sense of visual aesthetics, ensuring every product interface aligns with brand and usability standards
  • Continuously learn and experiment with new trends, especially in AI-driven design and interaction models
  • Apply a deep understanding of mobile app design capabilities to create fluid, device-native experiences
