Requirements
- Ability to receive orders and ensure timely and accurate processing
- Skills in maintaining shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, shipping labels) with accurate records

Responsibilities

- Maintain shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, shipping labels) with accurate and thorough records of shipments
- Coordinate with shipping partners to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with shipping procedures, regulations, and company policies
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines (e.g., PPE use, safe equipment operation, hazard reporting, safety trainings/drills)
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents and contribute to safety protocol improvements
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers; identify priorities/deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change
