Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
  • Provide meat products to members by processing meat (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping), ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, elevate associate engagement, make immediate business decisions, adapt to new tools, and encourage others to use them
  • Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain work area per policies, ensure quality for high-volume products, eliminate waste, secure fragile/high-shrink merchandise, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage
  • Act as a Talent Ambassador by advocating for the department/club, valuing member experience, modeling high-quality service/products, executing basics at highest quality, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks, and assisting in training
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity using action plans and Open Door Policy
